Mpower is a livelihood and skill development initiative designed to create sustainable income opportunities for women and youth in tea garden and rural communities. Through training in tailoring, knitting, mushroom cultivation, and other income-generating activities, the programme promotes entrepreneurship, self-reliance, economic empowerment, and improved livelihood opportunities.
