Gyanshala is an education-focused program of BFFSR & LP that aims to improve foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) among children in tea garden primary schools. The program supports children through remedial education, learning assessments, teacher capacity-building workshops, community engagement activities, and the creation of community learning corners to reduce learning gaps and strengthen the local education ecosystem.
